    You are correct!

New question: Which G1 Throttlebot did not have his rubsign indent removed when reissued in the early 90s?

Wideload. I got that Wideload during a trip to Adelaide, and it had a rub symbol.

Correct! Uh, are you sure you got the gold-carded reissue or was it remaining original stock from 1987? Cos although Classic Wideload still had the rub sign indent, the rub sticker was replaced with a paper non-rub sign. Could you quickly have a look at your Wideload?

The original Wideload looked like this on card:

New Question: Which G1 mail-away toy has his robot face still visible in alt mode?

My Wideload is in storage - in Malaysia! But you're right. The one I got was old stock from 1987 (it must have shelf-warmed like crazy). I remember the card was red (not gold), and it was badly creased; one of the reasons why I complained to my parents when they bought it for me - back then I liked my packaging/card to look pristine.

As for the new question - I honestly don't know off the top of my head.. I'm gonna guess. It was Cyclonus.

Not Cyclonus. He was a regular store release figure here and in every other country that I know of. Was he a mail-away exclusive in Malaysia?
Also... did Malaysia get the gold-carded/boxed Classic reissues? Cos AFAIK they were exclusive to Europe, Australia and New Zealand. I have zero knowledge about what toys were released in Malaysia but welcome any knew information.

But anyway, the answer is one of the mail-away exclusive Transformers of which there aren't too many of them... so come on, people - have a guess!

    Hint: It's not Time Warrior.

I think I know the answer, but I cheated and looked it up. It's Thundercracker

I don't think we got mail-away exclusives in Malaysia.. If there was one, I never took advantage of it. As for Malaysian Transformer releases circa early-1990's, I'll answer in the Random Thoughts thread.

Your answer is still incorrect. While Thundercracker was one of the early G1 toys that was also available through mail-order, he wasn't a mail-order exclusive figure as the toy was initially available in stores.

    Another hint: It's an Autobot
