Arrow FIRST SIGHTINGS ARCHIVE of new Transformers in Australia

This topic will cover items (mostly toys), that are first sighted in Australia at a Major Retailer/Online Source that obtains their stock from Hasbro Australia... as well as sometimes noting the first release for a certain store-chain or state if it is some time after the first sighting in this country.

    NOTE:
Unless you are sure you have a first sighting, post it in the regular state topics (if it is a first sighting it will be copied over to this topic by staff).
Stick to just posting sightings and avoid commentary or questions.
    Please include store information.
If you can, link/quote the original source, or post it in the applicable state topic as well.
If you want to discuss it, go discuss it at its original source.
Posts that shouldn't be in this topic, will be moved to an applicable topic.

Bookmark this topic, or Subscribe to this topic if you want email notification of new items added, which are new to Australia.

The first sighting of a significant item in Australia may also end up being posted in the Oz News section.

Animated Bumper Battler Lockdown & Soundwave spotted at Big W (Sunshine VIC). Price did not scan up for these two new ones. But they scanned an older wave of the Bumpers which is at $14.74.

Lockdown sounds a lot like Optimus, strangely enough. No real catchy phrases except for "Who's gonna stop me? You? You couldn't stop an oil leak."

Soundwave is the real star of the show. I've been waiting for him with the most gusto. I just love his machinated voice. Funniest soundbyte... when triggering via the bumper...

Tinyjazz also found the Animated Bumper Battlers Soundwave and Lockdown at a BigW in Brisbane (CBD store).

    Default Mighty Muggs Wave 1

    Hey everyone,

Went for a wander this afternoon after work, and discovered that Myer and Toys R Us in Hurstville, NSW are both stocked in wave 1 of Mighty Muggs, (Bumblebee, Optimus Prime, Soundwave and Megatron). Well, minus the Megatron now, as he's safe and sound at my place. Anyway, thought i should let anyone who's interested know that they're starting to show up in Sydney now too. Same price at both stores - $24.95.

    Happy hunting!!

Spotted Supreme Devastator at K-mart Casula for $149. Its not in the regular section but on a rear endcap. Looks better in person but still not enough for me to grab one.
If I want your opinion, I'll give it to you

I think it is the first sighting here?

I found Wave 3 Robot Heroes Chromia/Megatron and Ratchet/Barricade out in Penrith on Friday.
