Late late reply, but miniso itself is a knock off company so I don't think they care about legalities too much.Casting resurrect here
Found a bunch of store-branded knockoffs at the grand opening of Miniso (a Daiso type store) at my local shopping centre.
These included oversize CW legends and Cybertron Hardtop

Someone's asleep at their legal department. Stocking the odd knockoff you might get away with but to put your own store branding on KO products is just inviting litigation.
