Yesterday I got Sonar (Beast Wars Metals) for $15. The other option was Optimal Optimus (Titanium series) for $39 and I'm glad I made the right decision.

Takara released Sonar? I thought that was a Hasbro-only toy.

Picked up POTP Battletrap from Walmart Honolulu. Was quite surprised to find their shelves to be just as bare in terms of TFs. However they did not have as much shelf-warmers from the RID line. Same for their Target.

Got myself 2002(Thanks to the Goktimus indentifying it) RID Optimus Prime as Fire Convoy. Battered box, leaking battery and all but for a 15 year toy, it's condition was great. Tyres still intact.
