My MP39 arrived Monday but I did not get to pick it up till today.

Very happy with TBI. I have had some great email conversations and they seem well aware of what they are doing. I hope they are able to keep the good work up.

Have bought quite a bit of stuff over Christmas - there were delays in getting it out, but once they realised they had overlooked my items they made sure to ship them Express and I got them next day.

Good customer service and decent prices.

    Thanks and regards

My mp39 arrived earlier in Jan, it's amazing, good price and reasonable deliver time. Some other businesses could learn from that.

My first purchase from Toybot, LG 52 & LG 53. Both packed exceptionally well with great communication. Will happily buy from again.

Woohoo MP22 is on the way it's such a shock to get things in a reasonable time...

Has anyone else encountered issues when attempting to contact Toybot Importz lately?

Over the last two weeks I've sent them a number emails — an issue with one of my Fans Hobby monsterbots and a change of address for preorders — but have yet to get any response.

This is really unusual, since they've always been very responsive and helpful.

I last had contact on the 6th with Kylie who has been uniformly excellent.

I use Facebook Messenger. Always get a reply within a few hours.

Well that's good to know! It's starting to sound like an issue with email. I'll try other means.

Not to mention they’ve just had a bub which would mean some higher life priorities above and beyond the toy robot side of things. But yeah try Messenger, always get a timely response via that (or at least within a day or two of late I’ve found).
