Kmart is your best bet I think, she's been spotted at multiple locations (Ryde, North Rocks, Glendale for example) and should be on shelves with Misfire & Twin Twist.
Also check the NSW Transformers Sightings thread to see if anyone spots her in the next few days, but Kmart seems to be the best option for her that I've seen.

For those in the Penshurst area, The Gamesmen sell TFs (retail shop is closed currently due to covid). I remember them from many years ago when they were in Penrith but I can't remember if they had TFs then. Anyway, a few items of interest there now.

Even JB are selling TF now.
Nothing ground breaking. Retail priced items that you can get cheaper off the likes of Amazon if you're patient & lucky
