cyberslamer's Jazz?

i just opened my cyberslamers jazz and found that it is missing the spring component in the chest area that holds the chest down instead mine just loosely slids around is everyone else's like this? if not is any one able to get hold of an unbroken one for me?

Ben...check the switch underneath the toy....
You can lock/unlock the spring...

My Cyberslammers OP, BB74 and BB08 are all like that, loose with no spring. Gravity keeps it down.
