Did this "Ark Studio" company invest in the project already and have TakTom beat them to it, like that happened to Fans Toys and their not soundwave? Ark Studio must not have wanted to cut their loses and go ahead with the project anyway?

For those whose preorders of Windblade didn't get filled, BBTS advises that they didn't get sufficient stock to fill all preoders however their next shipment should more than enough cover them.

I might have to stop ordering for others, as they keep short-supplying me (I was missing a Windblade and Skybyte in the recent round).
