I've been thinking about that movie. Apart from the title and it involves boats how else is that movie linked to the board game?

I know! They should totally have gigantic red and white pegs falling from the sky and impaling sections of boats and submarines! Keeled my childhoodz!!

Edit: Unless the aliens are those red and white pegs!

I don't even think about Bay ruining childhoods and all that tripe, but I do wonder how he could come out and say something so totally stupid about a very popular series that explains exactly what you get in the brand name!
Bay said it to get everyone talking about it. And now we are. I've hemmed and hawed about this. I'm just not going to see this film. Laird's comment is quiet level headed and as he said, he doesn't own the turtles any more. So Nickelodeon and Paramount can do as they please.

Maybe the turtles can be chased to Earth by that pink brain thing from the old cartoon or something...

Meh! Everyone knows the Toxic Avenger is the earths true mutant hero.

And stop reminding me how ludicrous all my favourite old childhood shows are. No wonder it's hard to get into new kids shows, my suspension of disbelief is no longer preconditioned to accept such ridiculous premise.

Anyway absolutely tragic having Bay attached to this new movie, cause the old live actions were such awesome examples of film in their day, how will Bay ever compete?

The first film was genuinely awesome, and one of the most successful independent films of the time.
